I'm Kelli Rose, and this is my story

I started my journey back in 2014. I struggled to navigate my way through the weight room. I constantly deprived myself from proper nutrition and lacked guidance to help me get started on the right foot. I have learned an incredible amount about my self on this journey. My limiting beliefs have slowly been replaced by a deep sense of confidence & purpose. I truly love me for who I have become and feel incredibly blessed that I can share what I've learned with thousands of women. My goal is to not only give you a clear and efficient game plan but to also equip you with skills and techniques that you can carry into your continued journey. Can't wait to meet you inside my app!
